I will be using this blog as my research for my dissertation on The Death of Print. I am going to look into how design has dramatically changed from hand made elements to more digital based work with the growth of technology, the internet and social networking. I am going to research how magazines have changed from DIY fanzines during the Punk Subculture to online e-zines and newspapers due to the lack of interest in printed versions.
Will print always be the best form of design? Or is it dying out?
I am hoping to find the answer to these questions over the next few months.
