I wanted to find out more information about the New York Rocker fanzine. I came across their website which has nothing on apart from a link to their blog. The blog has posts by Andy Schwartz (the editor of NYRocker) on his thoughts and words on music. The fanzine started in 1976 and took on the Bricolage aesthetic of collaged type and image but now is solely used as a blog where the Editor can post what he thinks. I am going to try and contact Andy Schwartz and find out why the printed version is no longer out there and why it has become an online blog.
